Siedle is launching an innovation in mobile door communication. With the latest update, the Siedle app is now offering access to multiple locations simultaneously – regardless of where you are and across all of Siedle’s installation systems. In doing so, Siedle is a pioneer in flexible networking of mobile door calls.
The new feature of the Siedle app offers greater security and convenience at no extra cost. With multiple logons, up to four locations can be added to the Siedle app and intercom systems in the In-Home bus can be combined as desired via Smart Gateway, with Siedle Access Professional or with Siedle IQ (audio only).
The Siedle app allows you to receive door calls from the integrated systems on smartphones and iPads, transmits live video feed, establishes voice connections and opens doors. Door calls from any location can also be muted via the “Do not disturb” function.
For residential buildings and mixed use, commercial and industrial
The new feature is an attractive option when there are several buildings involved. Private users can control their own home and holiday home via the app – the Siedle app can also be used across countries. Freelancers can integrate their office or practice. And building managers benefit from a digital overview of the building communication system, from the industrial hall to the logistics centre. Thanks to the Siedle Access Professional IP system, complex systems can also be combined with ease in the Siedle app.
The functions of the Siedle app are preserved regardless of which system the app is connected to first. Installation and handling are user-friendly, the individual steps are intuitive. An individual name and an icon can be assigned to each location.
If the Siedle app has already been installed, simply update it on the mobile device. The new functions will be ready for use in no time at all.
Maximum data security
The latest update makes the Siedle app more flexible than ever before. Maximum data security is retained. Sensitive data is transmitted with end-to-end encryption; controlled by a management system which is compliant with the international standard for information and IT security: ISO 27001. This prevents unauthorised access or analysis of data. And, the data remains in Germany. Siedle hosts it on the Siedle server in accordance with European data protection standards. What is more, the Siedle app is regularly updated for free to ensure long-term data protection.
