Cloud-based property management with Siedle Touch and Vixinity
The Siedle Touch at the entrance forms the basis of our all-in-one system for digital property management. The Vixinity Cloud controls all administrative processes within buildings. This provides property managers with a single interface, making them more cost-effective.
The property management company enters all building labels centrally and updates them with a single click using the Vixinity Cloud. This applies to Siedle Touch, e-paper displays and letterboxes.
The Vixinity Cloud, supplemented by an app, simplifies access for residents, staff and visitors. It also controls the Siedle access control, which can be easily integrated into the system.
From meeting and communal rooms to charging stations and guest apartments, not to mention the washing machine, the Vixinity Cloud links all booking types to the Siedle building communication system.
Residents and the property management team communicate with each other via an IVR system. For instance, it forwards enquiries received by telephone directly to the caretaker as voice messages.

In the second generation, we have not only made it easier to install and use, we have also improved its design. The result? Siedle Touch 10 offers advanced technology at a significantly lower price.
With Siedle Touch, all configuration parameters can be defined via a web interface and later selected and modified with the documented API interface.
Whether you want the building number displayed in a large font, the logos of resident companies, their opening hours or even a video – the sleep screen of Siedle Touch can be configured to suit individual requirements.
The 5-inch screen of the Siedle Touch 5 provides a clear overview of all the names, which are automatically arranged in alphabetical order. The full-text search function allows entries to be found quickly.
With Siedle Touch 5, users can be arranged into groups and subgroups. Each individual user can be given a unique name and assigned a specific position in the list.
The integrated code lock ensures reliable access control. The keys on the numeric keypad rotate each time the keypad is accessed, preventing the code from being read by anyone without authorisation.
Calling, speaking, opening the door – the integrated status display shows what’s currently happening on the door intercom system. Access with Siedle Touch 5 is therefore largely barrier-free.
Siedle Touch is compatible with the In-Home bus and Siedle Access, making it just as suitable for residential buildings as for integration into companies’ existing IP systems.
The prefabricated Siedle Classic audio door stations with Siedle Touch 5 feature a brushed stainless steel panel and a door loudspeaker that delivers outstanding sound quality even in noisy environments.
Two prefabricated video door stations are available with Siedle Classic and Siedle Touch 5: with the 130 camera, which caters to most needs, or the 180 camera with a wider pick-up angle.
Siedle Touch 5 can be perfectly integrated into Siedle Steel single-line intercom systems: we produce each one specifically for the customer – tailored to their individual requirements in terms of format, material, surface finish and functions.

The Siedle Touch 10 screen can be used in portrait or landscape format. Portrait format is ideal for narrow door intercom systems or where there is not much space.
Siedle Touch 10 is designed for up to 2000 users with intuitive operation. The ABC scroll bar makes it easy to select a call destination, which can be displayed with text, a logo or an animation.
Groups and subgroups can be created, for example for companies and their departments, with an image or logo and with small or larg call button. The position in the list can be freely selected.
The integrated code lock ensures reliable access control. The buttons on the keypad rotate each time to prevent unauthorised reading of the code.
In cleaning mode, you can clean Siedle Touch’s surface without activating the functions. The display’s touch function is blocked for 15 seconds.
If the Siedle Touch 10 display is integrated into a door intercom system, a coherent look is guaranteed. Systems in the Steel design line are custom made and supplied ready for installation.
